Man oh man. Yes it is hard but we musn’t take it out on our hubby b/c they feel it too, but yes, its hard as a woman….
I know what you mean about being bitter to your spouse bc I feel mine doesn’t understand how i feel and will never understand this desperate feeling inside and this scared to death feeling that as a female I will never carry my own baby. (((HUGS))) For my chill-laxin, I watch videos in this TTC world, go for a walk now that the weather is gettin nicer, watch stupid no brain capacity required shows on MTV, HGTV, and E. Take Care

Hi Sarah, I know your not a therapist but that is my line of work and we are going through this together and I couldnt have said it better. You have to feel your emotions and work through them. Fertility issues are a true loss and with any loss you go through the stages of grief. Those stages are denial, sadness, anger and accceptance and you dont go through these emotions in a straight lines its a cycle and you will go through these stages over and over until you reach acceptance.

I know it’s hard, hun. You’re right in saying you need to feel what you’re feeling. Let it happen so you can move on and heal. It’s important to recognize that what’s going on is a wound that needs to heal. And it will happen. You will heal.
It’s okay to cry, it’s okay to scream, it’s okay to be angry. God knows what you’re going through and He’s there for you, so am I
