You have to feel your emotions and work through them. Fertility issues are a true loss and with any loss you go through the stages of grief. Those stages are denial, sadness, anger and accceptance and you dont go through these emotions in a straight lines its a cycle and you will go through these stages over and over until you reach acceptance.
